Synthesis
There were several components from this artifact that were more challenging for myself. For example, creating a rubric to score the assessments was difficult. Also, it was challenging to watch the students struggle during their pre-assessment. While observing them, I wanted to step in and help, but I was not able to.
However, after seeing all the progress after the Action Research project was complete, I felt more relieved. I felt proud of how much the students had grown, and I felt proud of myself for effectively implementing the reading intervention.
